Meeting women on the street is not as hard as it sounds. Living in a busy world you have to take the opportunities where they come. First of all, try to approach her where she can clearly see you. When you have her attention, you probably have between 30 seconds and 2 minutes in which to break the ice and get some information. Be honest, sincere, and concise. If she gives you a positive response, then take out a pen and paper or your cell phone and get her e-mail address. Tell her that you would like to send her a funny story to allow her to get to know you better. Then, if she doesn't want things to go any further, all she need do is not answer your e-mail and you won't contact her again. Give her your name and e-mail address, as well. Then do what you told her you would do. Send her a funny story. Nothing lewd or that even hints at anything sexual. Just a humorous story you know or can find that will give her a chuckle. After the story tell her that you would like to keep talking, but at her speed. Women need to have control in this f situation. This will take a little practice. Be confident that you can do this.
