In Mind, Body, Spirit healing, the Facilitator assists the person to connect with the three major parts of themselves—mind, body, spirit, and to go back to the inner child, or "child of the inner light." All things came from light, so internally we are all light, no matter what camouflage (depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, shame, guilt, sadness, eating disorders, substance abuse, etc.) we have adopted to keep our "inner child" safe. We ourselves often do not know any of this consciously, but when you learn it, and consciously give this "trilogy" our empowerment to act in our lives, amazing healing occurs. This is true spiritual healing.

To be effective Mind, Body, Spirit healing needs to be practiced on a daily basis—not after your body is being ravaged by a malfunction. Mind, Body, Spirit healing is a process that maintains and supports health and wellness, thereby prevents body malfunction. People who practice Mind, Body Spirit healing avoid having cancer, MS, heart attacks, strokes, and the 101 other afflictions from A to Z, which Modern Medicine has conditioned us to be plagued by from birth to death—for many a premature death.

Do our beliefs create our illnesses?

Without blaming, shaming or finding fault, our beliefs definitely form our limitations and on many levels our beliefs can inhibit us from evolving beyond something or creates a way to cope. What we tell (self-talk) ourselves has an impact on our physiology. For example: Depression (symptom) is Anger turned against the self. What we need to find is what the Anger is about and resolve or transcend the anger.

Use ‘good’ fats. High intake of animal fat increase incidences of cancer. Omega-3 fatty fish—wild salmon and fish-oil supplements guard against cancer. Recent studies suggest that omega-3 oils help suppress breast cancer tumors and prevent them from spreading, and ease chronic inflammation. Omega-9 oil found in olive oil, also lowers cancer incidences.

Emotional, Physical or Sexual trauma in childhood is 'violence' that does not require force. The child is thrown into a ‘state of shock.’ For some the memories remain conscious, while others drive them beneath the conscious level. The coping mechanisms the child used are carried into adulthood and impact the person's life on every level—Emotional, Physical, Mental, Behavioral, Spiritual, Sexual and Relationships. While these coping mechanisms were appropriate then, they are a 'problem' in adulthood.

Your jaws are connected to your generative chakra—hips. The consciousness of TMJ is directly related to the misalignment of this chakra and your creativity. So if you are experiencing TMJ or any jaw misalignment—listen to your truth—Who/what are you angry at? Who/what do you resent? Do you have a desire to have revenge? What are you creating? Are you clenching your jaws or grinding your teeth—thus blocking yourself from creating a more fulfilling life.

Many people today are using food to fill a spiritual void in their lives, some without even knowing it. Often, when these people begin some sort of spiritual practice, such as meditation, for example, they are filled with peace instead of Baskin and Robbins.
