Three of My Favorite Weight Loss Tipsnn? I recently wrote a book about Feng Shui for luck and so I decided to look into Feng Shui for weight loss. My first tip is all about the clutter. If you are holding on to clutter, yes even if it is hidden in the basement or the attic it will block your energy. Blocked energy equals difficult weight loss. This blocked energy works on a subconscious level of your mind, but ask yourself these questions;
1. How do I feel when I look at clutter on my desk?
2. What goes through my mind when I see a mess in the basement?
So recycle it, sell it, give it away, or throw it out.nn? I received this awesome tip from Dr. Oz's Real Age Newsletter about mushrooms. If you replace half of your meat in ground meat recipes with mushrooms you can barely tell the difference in the flavoring. I usually cut my mushrooms into small chunks and fry them for a few minutes before adding them to the raw meat. I use this method for hamburgers, chili, tacos & spaghetti & meatballs. Not only do I save a ton of calories but I also save money and the environment. A win, win, win scenario. :)nn? The herb Turmeric from the Ginger family has been used for thousands of years by Indian Healers for a weight loss aid. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and antiseptic properties. It has also been shown to lower blood sugar levels and aid in digestion. So why not sprinkle a little of this spice on your food or add it some recipes. It can also be found in the ingredient list of some hot mustard's such as French's Bold and Spicy Hot Mustard and of course in curry.
