People are wrong to believe that avoiding the flu, specifically during flu season, is hard. You can easily get a flu shot, but with all the recent research warning that the vaccine might be unhealthy, why risk it when there are safer means to prevent the flu?
Like other vaccines, the flu shot contains mercury and is frequently tied to autism in children. In addition to mercury, a few other toxic chemicals can be found in flu shots, including formaldehyde and phenol.
It would be unwise to ignore the dangers of vaccines. Would you still be willing to inject poison to your body?
Forget about the flu vaccine, here are natural ways to safely beat the flu:
Wash your hands regularly. It’s quite easy to catch the flu. Rubbing your eyes or nose after you come in contact with a person who already has the flu virus is one way. You can prevent this from happening as well as avoid getting sick from other infectious diseases such as the flu by washing your hands regularly with warm water and soap. Ideally, it is best to clean up before and after food preparation, before you start eating, after finishing your meal, after using the bathroom, or whenever you feel like your hands are dirty.
Clean your house. Clean and disinfect areas and objects that you and your children often visit and use.
Start living healthy. It’s easier to prevent the flu. Looking for a remedy when you’re already down with the flu is another thing. Start preparing your immune system to ready your natural defense against the flu. You can increase the protective ability of your immune system against diseases like the flu by making simple changes to your way of living, like switching from coffee to tea, staying away from sugar, getting the right amount of sleep, and relaxing often.
Take a breather and rest when you feel weak and in danger of catching the flu. This may be just for several hours or a couple of days, which is better than getting the flu and having to miss work for much longer.
Minimize going to places that are too congested, such as malls, theaters and airports to avoid unnecessary contact with other people who might be carrying the flu virus. This is particularly important if you have problems with your immune system and for younger kids, who can quickly catch the flu.
Consume lots of water. Pure water would be best. Distilled water is a poor choice because it has no longer contains nutrients. The ideal amount is a quart of water per 50 pounds of body weight. Remember to stay away from sodas, coffee and energy drinks as well.
