It's time to put your efforts on preventing acne.nnI'm sure you agree with me that there's nothing as frustrating as waking up in the morning and noticing your acne has returned.nnBy following these three acne prevention principles you can make sure that doesn't happen to you.nnWhy you shouldn't trust creams and lotionsnnMost acne prevention tips are about what you apply on your skin. But topical treatments, such as creams and lotions, are overrated.n nContrary to common advice acne has little to do with bacteria and sebum. They are merely the last steps of the process that leads to acne.nnYou get pimples because of certain imbalances in your body. These imbalances create a hormonal reaction that leads to: skin glands putting out too much sebum, more dead skin cells to block the pores, and rapid growth of acne causing bacteria.nnTopicals only remove sebum and kill bacteria. But as long as these imbalances remain you'll have an almost unlimited supply of them. As you can see, you cannot win this race.nnTrue acne prevention is an inside out jobnnTo make sure you remain clear for life you have to correct the imbalances that lead to acne.nnUnfortunately there's no a simple answer for this. Human body is a holistic entity. It means that everything works together and affect each other. For example the condition of your liver affects the immune system. While someone else suffers from liver problems that lead to acne.nnLuckily our bodies have amazing self-healing capabilities. Your job is to activate and support the healing efforts of your body. You can do this by taking an honest look at your diet and lifestyle.nnIdentify your weak links and work on improving them. For example one person may have a very healthy diet but is lazy when it comes to exercise. Other person might be active but at the same time smokes and drinks heavily.nnHealing is a process that happens over time. It's unlike you'll notice instant changes. It may take quite some time for your body to heal acne.nnWhile waiting for this to happen...nnUse salt to stop a pimple before it popsnnSalt is hostile to most life. It kills acne causing bacteria and virus. Good thing is that bacteria won't develop resistance to it. So it doesn't stop working like antibiotics and BP sometimes do.nnHere's how to add salt to your acne prevention arsenal.nnIt's important to do this immediately as you notice a pimple coming up. After a pimple has developed this tip is not effective.nnSo immediately as see a new pimple apply salt water on it with a cotton bud. For best results soak a bid in salt water and hold it on a pimple for 2 to 3 minutes. Salt kills the bacteria and stops the pimple from developing.nnThe saltier the water the better. The water should taste heavily salted.nnBy using these three acne prevention tips you can be clear for life.
