Fresh fruit juices are full of vitamins and antioxidants. They help strengthen the immune system and the body’s organs, keeping the body healthy and promoting wellness. It’s recommended that these juices be included regularly in one’s diet.
Lemon juice has many healthy benefits, both internally and externally. Lemons are beneficial to the liver by helping to cleanse it and aid in digestion. This cleansing effect helps the body fight infections, purifies the blood and improves the body’s ability to rid itself of toxins. Lemon juice helps control heartburn, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and gas. This juice also has calcium, which helps strengthen the bones and teeth. To promote health and wellness, it’s recommended to add lemon juice to your diet by adding it to water drank during meals, as well as to food as a natural spice. The lemon itself can also be used externally to soothe insect bites and stings when placed directly on them.
Another juice recommended to be included regularly in one’s diet for good health is orange juice. It accelerates the healing process and helps to grow and repair tissue cells and blood vessels. Orange juice strengthens the immune system to protect against the common cold, and is good for healthy gums, teeth and bones. It also decreases the blood cholesterol level and blood pressure. Protection against cancer has even been show by those who regularly drink orange juice in their diet.
Apple juice is another highly recommended juice to drink for wellness. It has been shown to improve the memory by increasing the production of neurotransmitters in the brain. Apple juice also has a high content of Phenols, which help prevent against cancer, heart disease and other diseases associated with aging. It also helps to clean the intestinal track and prevent cholesterol build up.
Another juice that offers many benefits to one’s health is cranberry juice. This juice is commonly considered to help prevent bladder infections, but also reduces the risk of other infections and cancers. Cranberry juice decreases the risk for heart disease, raises good cholesterol, and increases the immune system. Cranberry juice has a very bitter taste, so it’s recommended to be combined with Apple juice to improve the flavor and reap the healthy benefits of both juices.
Most likely, you have at least one of these healthy juices in your refrigerator, if not all of them. They are rich in vitamins and have been proven to improve health and wellness. Begin drinking them regularly in your diet today. n
