“Success is what you do and get from finding the abundance that has your name on it.” n~ The author.

At home and work, we are all part of realities we often don’t particularly like and sometimes desperately want to make better. These realities can be uncomfortable conflicts in relationships we want to resolve, unhappiness about being in an unsatisfying job, physical pains or injuries, or financial hardships of not having enough money to pay bills and live comfortably. Or the realities could be good ones that we are comfortable with and just want to increase and make even better.

Success in relationships and at work starts with your own personal reality repair efforts. And in the end, we all realize it is usually not reality that needs repairing, but our slightly incorrect and incomplete personal versions of it, accumulated from our faulty perceptions, thinking and responses to what we are convinced is the true version, but really isn’t.

Success in anything follows when we follow a success prescription front-loaded with three main “P”s: Purpose, Perspective and “P” Points:

PURPOSE

Success starts with seeing, understanding and following your unique purpose in life and being acutely aware of the particular purpose of what you are trying to do right now. Our common purpose is to get enough of “it” to have the intrinsic feeling we have enough of it. This is whether we define “it” as enjoying professional success, earning enough money, prestige and power, increasing our zero-gravity, wholegrain happiness and peace of mind, serving others unselfishly or leaving a monumental legacy for our family or others to enjoy.

Oddly, knowing your fundamental purpose, requires a crystal clear vision of the ultimate outcome you want from whatever you are doing. The ultimate outcome is really your personal version of “it,” which you always seem to know when you either have it or don’t. This is not a reality you can fool yourself into believing if it isn’t real. “It” is a rewarding, intrinsic feeling of complete and utter satisfaction that speaks all for itself, without need for tell-tale “symptoms” or exte
al validation of any sort. “It” either is or isn’t with no in between like most other things.

PERSPECTIVE

More often than not, “what” you see as reality has more to do with the particular perspective, or vantage point from when or where you are looking in time and place, than what you are seeing to be true and correct (or what you think you are seeing). And when responding to a slightly incorrect or incomplete version of reality from the wrong perspective it can’t help but lead to failure and unwanted results in the realities you are trying to repair.

What is the best perspective to have in order to get the most complete and correct version of a reality you need, to act on to get the best results? Ah, but that is what life is all about—finding this “prosperity zone” where you can see in all directions, up, down and all around, and locate the “P” Point path to the abundance that is waiting. Others can offer clues, but you eyes and mind have to find it to appreciate it.n n“P” POINTS

“P” Points are psychological power points that are the best entry point into solving problems, like getting a more correct and complete version of reality to act on to get better results. “P” Points are the little, but well-timed, strategic interventions, that get the quickest and best results with the least cost and side effects. One good example is a Book title that gets your attention with clever words that clearly communicate something important that you want to find out more about.

Another good example of such a “P” Point is looking for some positive purpose or benefit in an uncomfortable dark event like the current economic downtu
or terroristic attacks around the globe. It isn’t easy to see, but every “bad” event serves some good purpose or offers an opportunity; and finding that good purpose or opportunity is what takes the edge off of the negative power the negative event holds over you.

There are really only five basic questions we all have about any reality we are part of—either trying to accept it or change it”

1. What am I supposed to be doing?
2. How am I supposed to be doing it?
3. How do I know if I am doing it right?
4. What’s in it form me?
5. Where can I get help if I run into trouble?

Answer these important questions by knowing and following the sure-cure success prescription of Purpose, Perspective and “P” Points and then enjoy the abundance that has your name on it.
