Starting A Home Base Business

Hello everyone Cedrick Goodman here. Here is your first money making Tip: nnSome of the smallest idea's can turn into a very profitable experience.nnHow many of you own a Home Base Business? Well let me tell you what I did whennI had no money, no job and was going to School Full Time to become a ChiropractornnI had decided that I was tired of being broke and not having a car and I was renting a nprivate room from a wonderful lady who rented out her basement.nnSo as each semester would pass and classes became harder and my student loans nkept growing and growing and I knew that one day I would have to pay them off instead of deferring them over and over and I saw no promising employment in my near future I began to search for a small home based business that did not require a lot of money because I had none.nnMany of you know that it’s hard to get any type of loan with no job or no credit or if you have bad credit. So what I did was to start researching businesses that created residual income with no overhead and with no large purchase price or down payment and didn’t require for me to be there all the time. nnMeanwhile the first thing we all do as ask our friends and family for their opinion on what we are thinking or considering and then the misery that loves company begins and this is where so many people make their first mistake they let other people dictate their path towards financial independence and towards prosperity. After weeks of research I found the Pay Phone Business which I felt would be a good investment and would not require any daily management or really no upkeep or any set hours for operation, but there was one problem. nnThey were all kind of expensive for my pocket they all were averaging about $7,000 - $15,000 for a turn key operation. Of course all the companies would finance you, but I was tired of being in debt and wanted to own them free and clear. So after asking people to invest with me and with no on willing to assist or believe in me to invest although this would have been a good idea and a nice return on my money and the great benefits of the phones being self sufficient would have been great I had no choice but to look elsewhere.nnWith frustration settling in and school not going so well and a stressful relationship not helping I came across another business which again was a turn-key business and for those of you who don't know what this is its a business that is already up and running with a customer base and reported income. Now many of you may wonder where to look for these types of opportunities there right in your local News Papers in the Business Sections maybe in some classifieds in some states and now you can just look on the Internet. nnI came across a good business for anyone from kids to Adults and it was a small, but lucrative cash coin business and it was a Vending Route. Candy, Soda, etc. Now this is not the Real Estate deals yet, but I am showing you that money can be made in many forms if we just look.nnI found a company who would not only sell me the Candy Vending Machine Route, but they would also place them in the stores for me. All I would have to do is obtain a wholesale business account at Sam’s Club or Bj's to purchase my candy at a whole sale price which would be great extra income and everything from travel, gas, supplies or candy, to bank fees and even a $2,500.00 home business credit which the IRS allows to everyone who lists a home business on the Income Taxes Returns on their Schedule C as earned income would all be a Tax Write-off. Now let me show you how the money worked out for me.nnThe machines costs a total of $3,500.00 for 10 machines brand new which came next day UPS with instructions on putting them together which I only had to put the standing Base on the bottom for them to stand straight up. Now here’s some juicy stuff for you. nnEveryone of you who reads this has at one time gone out to dinner to eat at a restaurant somewhere in their life, right? After eating and paying for your meal you head towards the door and you see those Small Candy Machines by the door either on the way in or on the way out.n nYes that's right you decide or your kids decide to get a piece of candy maybe m & m or skittles, or gum for your breath or peanuts Right. Yeah someone puts a Quarter in one of those machines and keeps on going out the door. How many people eat at restaurants? A whole lot of people, now how many quarters do you think goes into those machines in a month?nnI initially purchased those10 machines and my machines were placed at 10 locations and all ten were averaging between $100.00 -$150.00 a month you do the math. That’s an extra $1,000.00 -$1,500.00 a month in quarters and you didn’t have to do any real work but fill the machines with your candy that you bought from Sams or Bj's for little or nothing. Now to some that’s not enough money, but to others What could you do with this kind of extra money that allows you the freedom to sleep and some where someone is eating at your location and putting money into one of your machines. nnNow my story went a little further because after I became seasoned in doing this business and having success at it I saved my money and in a few months about three to be exact I found someone in the same paper who was selling the same machines about 20 of them for $2000.00 now I had 30 of them all making me between $3000.00 - $4000.00 a month in residual income in quarters and that’s peoples Full Time Day Jobs that’s $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 a yr Part Time. nnI remember having to roll them up and take them to the Bank all the time and it was money that just added up and I really didn’t even break a sweat and I was free to continue my other interest and be at home or school. The machines would only have to be filled or restock once or twice a month. Oh did I say this was a Cash Business (smile) Tip the best locations were Restaurants.nnIf anyone from Atlanta is reading this if you've eaten at Spondivits in East Point or Ryan’s or Apple Bees' and Wall-Mart you've put money in my machines. nnThank You for reading this information.
