The Mindset Of Cash Gifting Leader

Let me ask you a question? What is the role of a cash gifting leader?

Now is is he a leader like a loud army general or a slow and patient mentor like the great Master Yoda from Star Wars,or is he a fearful motivator like Darth Vader. Maybe the a leader can be a person that exudes confidence and inspires others.

I do know one thing about being a leader in cash gifting. That is a leader has important role to play, besides simply getting getting gifts from people. IF someone comes in thinking that they can take advantage of people,then they really don't get what cash gifting is all about.

A Cash Gifting leader has a mindset of a mentor, helper, servant and friend all rolled into one. You need to be a person who helps others to achieve their goals, just like what the great Zig Ziglar says about achieving success only when you help ‘enough’ others to achieve the success that they deserve.

Think about it this way… if you help the people you enroll become a superstar do you think that it will benefit you greatly? Of course it does, you will definitely be laughing all the way to the bank!

The point that I want to make is, to go all out to ensure the success of the people that you bring in no matter what the costs. You can’t just think about money all the time. If you obsess about it, your team will see you as materialistic monkey who is out there to grab their money.

Remember, the people you bring in are not there for you to boss around either. You just can’t preach about cash gifting being the way out of your J-O-B and firing your boss if you are turning into a boss that is even worse than the one they are trying to shake off in the first place!

A good Cash gifting leader doesn’t just motivate their team with the stick or the carrot either. There is actually a third motivation factor and it is long lasting – personal empowerment! This only comes when the people on your team achieves self-actualization about their dreams and their business goals. You will want to train a lot of people like these but it would require a lot of patience within you. Not everyone will make it to this ‘level’ but you just got to keep on believing in people until they stop believing completely in themselves.

Now it doesn't matter if the person that enrolled you has this mindset. What does matter is that you focus on you and the people YOU bring in. You can’t let your enroller do all the thinking for you and expect to have the right mindset as an leader yourself.

So in order to develop the mindset of a cash gifting leader you have to FOCUS on being the best mentor to your group,and helping them achieve their goals. Like the saying goes "If you truly focus on helping people get what they want,instead of you chasing the money the money will be chasing you"
