When I worked at a weight loss center, it was surprising the not so heavy clients who still were dissatisfied with their bodies. However, they continued to lose weight and were successful because not only did they want to follow the diet plan, but they were willing to put in the time to excercise. n Counseling one woman, we would go through her vist routine, take her blood pressure and weigh her, only to find out that she hadn't changed in weight. This happened week after week and she became frustrated. I begged her to do a little exercise because we had seen so many clients combine the two, and become very successful; all different sizes. n Recently, I laughed as I watched a "Saturday Night Live" skit where the woman desperately asks what she should do to lose weight? The answer from some Godly voice was "Eat Less, Move More." I think of this every time I am challenged with a weight gain. Yes, everyone as they get older struggles with weight now and then. Does this make you feel better? It's not just you...
The question is how can we control this thing called fat? n Well, there are little secrets that you can use, and then there is exercise. If you were an exercise fanatic, you could probably keep it off. But when I was in the industry, I saw even those runners who exercised all the time unable to keep a perfect figure. n The bottom line is that you must combine all; food choices, exercise, and a healthy mental outlook. I find that if I can go to a support system or manual for encouragement, this helps. That is why I am going to share a e-book that I found recently that will encourage you to stay on track. Better yet, it is accessible right from your computer, you don't have to wait for it to be delivered.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
