As you already know - women and men are not built the same way, and this is more than normal. That's because the way hormones change the balance between muscle and fat and shape the size of our bones to respond to different needs later on. For example the testosterone hormone in men determines the size of bones as well as causes deepens the voice and hair growth. Now we can see the main different, but there are much more and this is presented mostly in the metabolism, that regulates the size of the muscle mass.
Women and men training side by side do not have the same results, which is an easily recognizable fact. According to studies women gain weight faster and fight with that harder ( getting rid of unwanted weight) than men. Women have to work twice as hard as men to stay fit and keep it that way in a long term, that's why they are so conce
about their bodies and look. You can see for your self that every second women think of loosing some pounds of their weight.
An experiment was made, 62 overweight women, who exercised 4 hours per week and learn how to cook healthier meals felt a tremendous improvement in their self-image, according to recent study published by the BBC. Whose women lost only 9 pounds of their weight for the period of 3 months, but their cholesterol, heart and blood pressure rates much better the usual and they felt in a great condition. Taking this as a good example, the weight loss industry will focus on the way people should feel while doing it, in order to achieve better results and stay healthy all the time. Being healthy and thin is not a dream, it should be something, that is a reasonable and easy to be done.
The modern obsession with a thin body is another problem that women face now a days. Women try everything in order to get this extra pounds off, things like pills, patches, diet, hunger, exercises and all kind of weight loss products. Some of them work, but others - not. This only makes them loosing weight and getting thinner, as well as being healthier like it should be normally.
