Of late, I had been suddenly forgetting things that I had done a few minutes ago, forgetting where I had kept my belongings, and these incidents carried on. It was too much for me to bear so, I decided to try out a memory pill or as it is popularly known- nootropics. I looked up a few and I finally chose Doxiderol. I was attracted to this product because it is made up vitamins. For those of you who don’t know, a nootropic is a cognitive enhancer that is non-toxic. There are a number of other ingredients that are abused by college students to help them to concentrate and focus better. These are illegal to buy without a prescription. Some of these ingredients include Adderall and Ritalin. These drugs may work but, personally I would not recommend or take them myself. Prolonged use of these drugs makes the consumer addicted to them. Doxiderol is a completely natural product that is manufactured by Mentis Laboratories. It is safe to use because it has absolutely zero side effects. Now, let me describe some of the fantastic natural compounds that are found in Doxiderol. They are: Caffeine: most of us are very familiar with caffeine. College students and working professionals swear by caffeine to keep them awake when they have deadlines to meet. It is a stimulant of the central nervous system (CNS). It keeps a person alert, helping a person to focus better. Vitamin B12: another name for this is cobalamin. It is imperative for the energy production in the cells of the body. It is also required in the process of cellular metabolism. Vitamin B12 is used by the body for the regeneration of folic acid. Research has proved that the deficiency of Vitamin B12 causes the brain to shrink; it also causes a person to perform poorly in cognitive tests. Vitamin B5- another name for this vitamin is pantothenic acid. It is most commonly used in the synthesis of the coenzyme A. This enzyme is used as a precursor to a number of other compounds. It is also the key ingredient of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine. It is involved in synaptic plasticity and short term memory. Both play an important role in the learning process. Theanine- it is an amino acid that is found plentiful in green tea. It has the properties of easily crossing the blood brain barrier. It helps to decrease the mental and physical stress of a person. It works as a mood booster and even works to improve cognition. It increases the dopamine levels in the brain. It further helps to counteract the side effects of caffeine. I know quite a few people that has been Doxiderol and all of them have positive things to say about it. Personally, I have felt no side effects. It has helped me to concentrate for much longer at a stretch. I am alert, and I have even cut down on my intake of coffee. I would recommend it to any having trouble with their memory.
