If you have been thinking of doing some muscle building, you have to know right off the bat that it is not all about the heaviness of the weights that you can carry but also on the food that you eat. When you consult a fitness expert, they cannot stress enough how important it is to work out right and also to eat right so that you get the maximum results every time you go to the gym.

To most muscle builders out there, one thing that they can get too much of is protein. They need this protein to fuel their muscles and that is why most people tend to think of muscle builders as people who consume ounces upon ounces of meat a day. But do you know that there are also a lot of vegetarian muscle builders out there? That is the truth and these guys are just as healthy if not healthier than their meat eating counterparts. But of course, they also put a lot of thought into what they eat.

For one, they use animal product substitutes at all times. That means, no cow’s milk but they use coconut milk or soy milk instead. Although, some of them avoid soy milk and soy products as they have estrogenic effects that they want to avoid. They also consume a lot of legumes in their diets because these are a great source of protein. They cook these legumes in a healthy way and mix that with brown rice or quinoa for lunch.

For dinner, they may have a hearty stew made of vegetables and beans waiting for them at home. They eat lots of veggies and some of them may even add sea salt to their diets just to get in some sodium. You may wonder if they ever eat in between and yes they do. They snack on fruits and nuts and almost butter which is like butter, but better somehow. There are times that as a treat, they put organic honey on that almond butter and it tastes like heaven according to those that have given it a try.
On their cheat days, they may have some tofu or another meat substitute. Some of them even go for organic coconut milk ice cream or some dark chocolate which has great health benefits.

So you see, vegetarians can be muscle builders and they do a good job out of it too.

True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
