This is going to be a sort of "meal" you can cook that benefits your health and fitness efforts, but I wanted to describe it more into detail instead of just give you the details and tell you how to cook it. Generally, you'd think desserts aren't something you want to be thinking about if you want to get lean and toned, but this is an amazing, healthy dessert I highly recommend you try out. I want to tell you what it is and how it benefits you, how to cook it, and the stats behind the meal or recipe. Now later on I'm planning on adding videos to show you exactly how it's done and stuff like that, but for now, this is all I have to work with so I hope you like it. Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies I can see most you guys will simply neglect this information real quick Because the headline "Chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies" does not at all suggest healthy or nutritious. However, I let me show you why I beg to differ and why I recommend you eat this nutritious dessert. First, these cookies are made from absolutely no sugar additives and are actually made from pure, nutritious ingredients that are going to help you develop a leaner, more toned body. The reason being that all the ingredients found in these "cookies" are protein sources. You're basically packing a bunch of healthy proteins and amino acids into one "dessert" to give you that satisfactory feeling as if you're fulfilling that sweet tooth, but in a healthy manner. This little dessert is perfect to for when you have a sweet tooth because you aren't hurting your body in any way with these ingredients. Instead, you're promoting muscle development and fat destruction because of the raw sources of protein your consuming. The other thing is that you're not baking them in an oven but instead you're simply going to blend up all of these ingredients in a food processor so you maintain all of those awesome proteins in their natural state. One cool thing about this is that you're making an entire batch of these cookies meaning that you'll have tones of extras left over. What do you do with these extras? Take them with you on the go or keep them in the fridge whenever you have a sweet tooth over the next few days. No one said you can't satisfy a sweet tooth in a healthy manner that doesn't hurt you. Ingredients You'll Need -One scoop of all-natural Protein Powder but specifically the Ultimate Protein Powder -1/2 a tbsp. of cocoa powder (raw and untouched) -2 tbsp. of water (preferably not tap water) -1 cup of almonds (raw and unsalted or unflavored) -2 tbsp. of peanut butter (still containing oil, not dry or crunchy) How To Make These Cookies 1. Throw it all in a food processor and blend it up 2. Chop it up until it's small and turns into a "doughy" form instead of a "powdery" form 3. If it's too dry, just add more water or oil from the peanut butter 4. Place cookie dough onto wax paper and wrap it up (make sure sides are tight) 5. Roll it up and place it in the freezer making sure it's still tight and won't break open 6. After about an hour, take out of the freezer and slice into 1/2 inch mini-cookies 7. Store the remainder of what you have left into a zip lock bag in the fridge and enjoy Value Statistics For These Cookies Calories: 92 Protein: 12g Carbs: 3g Fat: 6g As you can see these aren't unhealthy cookies at all and actually provide a substantial amount of protein to help you build more muscle and break through fat. It's key that you cook healthy for yourself if you want to reach your absolute fitness goals, because your dietary habits are what drives success. To obtain that toned, lean body, it all starts within you. So, try to find creative ways to eat healthy but at the same time satisfy that sweet tooth in a way that won't kill your results. Make it fun also, because "healthy" desserts don't have to be boring at all, especially when you can dress up your desserts and make your desserts even more tasty.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
