OK here it is, in a simple, easy to understand format! I have used this same system (notice I call this system "A step by step approach that is set to getting somebody from point A to point B! Not just article of what I/people think may or may not work e.g. guess work...).

OK here it is, in a simple, easy to understand format!

I have used this same system (notice I call this system "A step by step approach that is set to getting somebody from point A to point B! Not just article of what I/people think may or may not work e.g. guess work...).

Step One
- Find out what your goal is? Not just any type of goal a "Specific S.M.A.R.T targeted goal"! (See below for definition of a SMART Goal)

Step Two
- Find inspiration & motivation from someone who has succeeded in that same goal. "Get that inter gut pulling desire to success" "Get pumped up"!

Step Three
- Find out all the information you can and plan and research before hand to shorten the time frame from starting that goal to completing that goal greatly, "the way you would like it to be finished - so you are truly happy".

Step Four
- Find a monitor this could be in person or even on the internet, somebody who has been though the same trails and tribulations. Somebody who knows all the information you need to succeed and most importantly somebody who can tell you were you are going right and wrong - giving you helpful advice when it is 100% needed!

Step Five
- This is the hardest part - Take action, just take that first step towards moving forwards.

The Great Dieting Paradox Imagine a wide, winding road where millions of people are walking in the same direction, fueled by a mixture of hope and caffeine.
