Because of that… they work at jobs they hate, they work with people who don’t care about them, and work with people who take advantage of them. This causes stress hormones like cortisol and epinephrine to skyrocket… and these hormones over long periods of time create havoc in the body which leads to diseases like cancer and heart disease. Not Good. Remember… you are worthy of your own Self-Compassion… and most of all your own Self-Love.
