De-Stress

Because stress triggers inflammation, it can worsen the symptoms of Crohn’s disease. Keeping your stress under control can help you manage your condition. Exercising is one of the ways that you can manage your condition. Walking and other low-intensity exercises are ideal for people with Crohn’s disease. Exercising can reduce flare-ups. It can also reduce anxiety and depression. You will get the most out of exercise by working out at least three times per week for 30 minutes at a time. Crohn’s disease is a lifelong condition, but it does not have to stop you from living your life. Using medical marijuana and changing your diet are two of the things you can do to improve your condition. You will also need to join a support group.
