Nestled in a beautiful valley, Sariska National Park positions itself at around 107 km from Jaipur. The wooden valley where this popular wildlife sanctuary of Rajasthan lies, enveloped with Dhok trees and different varieties of wildlife species. Divided into grasslands, rocky landscapes, sheer cliffs and dense forests, Sariska National Park dates back to the 9th and 10th centuries. The best time to plan a tour to Sariska Wildlife Reserve is from October to June. Declared as a wildlife reserve in 1955, Sariska became a part of the Project Tiger Scheme in I978 in India.
