Ellen Wood is living proof that we can grow younger. At age 67 Ellen was experiencing some of the predictable signs of aging – with acceptance. That all changed one day when she she recalled the energy, joy and excitement of her younger self – and decided not to grow old. Once Ellen decided to grow younger instead, she began by researching new scientific studies in epigenetics, cell biology and neuroscience, then applying the knowledge gained from years of meditation and spiritual study. The result: a life-changing anti-aging program.
Now in her 70's, Ellen is living proof that so-called “normal” signs of aging can be avoided or reversed. Using her program of daily practices, Ellen has regained the energy, vitality and mental acuity she had 30 years earlier; she’s written her first book, The Secret Method for Growing Younger, become an inspirational keynote speaker, and launched a website and blog.
A true pioneer of age-reversing consciousness, Ellen’s mission is to share her discoveries and change society by transforming the way people age.
