Isn’t it simply marvelous to be granted the opportunity to cast a fresh attempt virtually every moment of the day when working toward your weight loss goals. Being given the possibility to continually work toward your objectives is truly a priceless honor that is bestowed upon you as you travel through the moments of our life. When you really stop to ponder this privilege that you are granted there seems to be no fruitful reason why you should ever begin to question your ability to be successful and create change in your life. For we do not fail when we try, we only fail when we give up and forget to take another chance.

With all that being said, only when you begin to take absolute, thorough accountability for yourself do you being to make strides in the direction of your aspirations. Being responsible for your moves, actions, non-actions, words, and all the happenings in your life do you ultimately begin to break down your barriers, find complete honesty within yourself and begin to alter your future. There are numerous adjectives that describe what it takes to bring your fruitful vision to life:

~Faith: believing in yourself and having the conviction to trust in you and your ability. ~Willingness: being open and trusting in your guides that lead you along your journey. ~Surrendering: allowing your very self to be successful and relinquishing any skepticism. ~Forgiveness: letting go of the past happenings regardless of their outcomes and moving on. ~Realism: having the fortitude to be rational when it comes to your ability to create change. ~Patience: allowing time to run it’s course, being tolerant of your daily happenings. ~Compassion: treating yourself with kindness and caring for your happiness.

Every single moment of your schedule you are granted the opportunity to live a lifestyle that you do so dream about. Taking your chosen goals and traveling along the pathway toward the fruition of your hopes is completely within your powers. Take one day at a time, know that all days cannot be cookie cutter perfect and move on. Creating the mindset of living a healthy, lighter life takes time to foster. Focus on making healthy choices at each opportunity to fuel your body, add movement into your life that you enjoy and find pleasure in all that you have done to improve your lifestyle at this very moment. Don’t look back, move forward into a pattern of behavior that is behooving of each and every wish that you have for yourself. Make the moves that support your wondrous imaginings in your life.
