Add weight training to your routine. Weight training helps you to build muscle and can help speed up your metabolism so you can lose fat more readily. Weights are a great way to put your abs muscles to work and helps your overall health. Your abdominal muscles need to be pressurized to lose excess fat at the right place and only the weights can help you do that.
To help you burn fat more efficiently just combine weights with your cardio vascular exercises routine. This would help you burn your fat more easily. Consider adding some ankle, waist or hand weights as you jog or walk. You can continue your cardio as you normally would, but you would be more efficient in your workout. Also use weights to build up your body’s muscles overall.
YOU NEED A HEALTHY DIET
Another trick to get your six pack abs faster is to have 6 or so small meals a day rather than your regular breakfast, lunch and dinner. You’ll keep your metabolism humming all day. You must also drink around 10 glasses of water every day to stay hydrated and help flush out toxins that are in your body more easily. Water will help your body be more efficient in all bodily functions.
Donate your white rice to someone who needs it and buy brown rice. Avoid white flour and regular pastas. Choose whole grains, unprocessed food items with high fiber content, low fat protein and complex carbohydrates. Try quinoa, a whole grain that offers a high protein and nutrition content. These will help your to burn your fat faster.
ENJOY LAUGHTER
Laugh away some of your excess fat. Sounds funny, but the more you laugh, the more calories you burn, in relation to just sitting there, and the more your abs are working. So you would help burn fat around your abdomen. So be happy! It helps give you more cause for being productive and give you good pheromones.
DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT
Do stomach workouts that involve pulling your tummy in. You can actually try breathing in and breathing out while tightening and releasing your abs muscles. Chopping wood also kind of mimics pulling in your abs. Use light weights instead of an ax and pretend to chop. Hold you abs tight for back support as you chop, release at the top and do it again. Do that ten times for each side and then build up to twenty or twenty-five reps per side.
OTHER HEALTHY TRICKS
Sleep at least eight hours a day. Your body works hard on repairing itself when you sleep.
Lead a healthy lifestyle. Avoid alcohol, or at least keep it to a minimum. Avoid a heavy meal after eight and do not eat late. If you must eat late, keep it very light.
Avoid stress when you can. Stress can help add more weight to your frame, increase inflammation within you and have other side effects. Try meditation and yoga in addition to exercise. The combination will help put you on the right track and release much of your stress side effects.
Wear clothes that fit. It’s amazing how much better you feel about yourself. It will help boost your confidence and give you encouragement to continue working out to achieve your goals.
