Mindset to Help People rather than Worrying for ThemrnWhen we meet people who are suffering physically or mentally due to their past life’s actions, we generally get disturbed. Seeing them feeling low, we too feel sad and low. Here, Gnani teaches us to practice emotional detachment. When someone comes and shares their pain with us, while we, with great empathy, must listen to their pain and understand their pain, but we must not drown in their pain, because ‘if we ourselves are drowning, how can we save others?!’, says Gnani. If on listening to people’s physical or mental suffering, we begin to worry for them or get anxious about their future or feel helpless seeing them suffer, then we too, in turn, begin to radiate pain to those who are already in great pain. This is not what we intend to do, isn’t it?! We don’t want their pain to aggravate. Rather, our wish is that they come out of this suffering as soon as possible. rnTherefore, our mindset should be such that it radiates only love and kindles great light of hope amidst the darkness that prevails within those who are suffering and need help. Mindset to Motivate Them to Face the Challenges BravelyrnAt this crucial juncture, they require strength to face the hardships and challenges present in their life, especially when they seem depressed and stressed. Here, our mindset ought to be such that our every thought, word and action supplies them enormous strength. Our clarity and our stability is what they need. When we are certain that they will come out of this suffering, this trust and confidence in them empowers them. Our high energy and positive vibrations can charge and motivate them to work in the right direction in order to come out of their sufferings successfully. Mindset to Learn by Observing GnanirnAlthough our intention is to help those in pain, many a times people, when surrounded by suffering, tend to spread suffering to whoever they meet. This is a natural phenomenon - one who is happy spreads happiness and those unhappy spread unhappiness around them! Therefore, our mindset be such that the behaviour of those suffering, no matter how it is, it does not influence us in any way. rnWe can learn this by watching how Gnani remains positive all the time, even when the opponent may act negatively. rnIf someone is in pain, he is always there for them. He listens to them, understands their pain, understands their behaviour and with great compassion prays for them. His prayers hold such purity that they very quickly reach the celestial world, where the celestial Gods and Goddesses are eager to support his every request. His heartfelt desire is that, ‘May every living being in this world attain happiness and peace; may everyone attain salvation.’ rnHis vibrations heal people. Even when one comes to him tormented with rage and anger, a mere glance into his eyes and a glimpse of his smile is enough to melt the person and make him surrender into the lotus feet of his – so cool is the power of his unmatched love and compassion. The splendor of serenity within Him has the power to unlock all the inner blocks, and soothe and calm anyone who comes to him, irrespective of how big and complex one’s suffering may be! Everyone in his presence feels the bracing tranquility of his coolness. It is so soothing that everyone feels comfort in his company. No one wishes to be away from him even for a moment. He inspires people to develop right understanding so that they can solve their current karmas equanimously with the help of Gnan (real knowledge) rather than multiplying their sufferings by seeing other people’s faults and reacting to their suffering by adopting wrong means of anger-false pride-deceit or greed. Furthermore, through his intentions, feelings and words, he instils in them the spiritual power to fight against their hardships. Eg. the pupa needs to be strong from within to become a butterfly, and for that, it needs to face sunlight, heat, wind, water, rain, storms on its own! Nevertheless, on his part, he continues to silently protect and ensure that one does not fall or breakdown at any point during the struggle. With his divine blessings, people’s thoughts, their feelings and their low emotions shift away from pessimism and negativity, and their energies get pulled instead in the direction that makes them feel happy, healthy and successful! Thus, by closely observing how Gnani deals with those suffering physically or mentally for their past life’s actions, we too can learn to develop the right mindset. And in our little ways, can try to inspire people to sow good seeds of karma, which could bring good-luck and positivity in their life. This will help them reinforce their faith, love and devotion for God and for Gnani. Keep Them In Connection With Gnani so that Their Future Lifetimes ImprovernGnani is the representative of God. Getting those who are suffering physically or mentally for their past life’s actions in touch with Gnani, and helping them remain connected with Gnani in this difficult phase of theirs would be a great service to them. This will provide them the right direction to proceed in life. Consequently, not only this life, but many more future lifetimes of theirs will get improved. In Gnani, when They See a Ray of Hope, it opens up the Path of their Ultimate LiberationrnWhen their interest sits in Gnani and the Gnan he teaches, that interest helps them directly reach the Soul. Through the living Gnani Purush, they attain Self-Realization!!! And as he graces them with the experiential knowledge of the Self and thereby awakens their Soul, they will, by their own experience, realize that really they themselves are God (Absolute Pure Soul), an abode of eternal bliss!!! Healing rarely looks like we think it will. It’s messier, slower, and much more sacred. Some events split life into before and after. A sudden loss. A betrayal. An illness you didn’t see coming. Trauma feels like a storm that tears down the walls you thought were unshakable. But beneath the wreckage, something else waits. Something you might not expect. With time, and sometimes with the right sacred guidance, the very thing that broke you open can also become what awakens yo
