Would you like to accomplish great things in your life? If so, what would you like to accomplish? Do you have dreams that you would like to achieve that fulfill Your Purpose?
For you to fulfill Your Purpose and make your dreams a reality there are some simple steps for you to follow.
1. You must Dream Your Big Dream!
You must dream the biggest dream that you have ever dreamed. You must make this dream vivid and clear and one that you can touch. You must see yourself in possession of this dream and actually doing this dream. You must become emotionally involved with your dream.
As an example: My wife and I are involved with a movement called Mission 5 Million or M5M for short. We are helping link 5 million consumers to 5 million children around the world that are suffering from malnutrition. Every time I see video of the children that we are touching, I am moved with compassion and I shed tears.
What are you emotionally involved with?
2. You must believe that you are able to possess and achieve this dream.
You must believe without a shadow of a doubt that you are able to achieve this. This dream is who you are. This dream is part of Your Vision for your life. Without this belief, this firm conviction, your dream is of no use to you. My wife and I believe and know that we will touch the lives of thousands of children through this movement. What do you believe that you will do?
3. You must have a plan.
There is no way to achieve any dream without a plan. You must have a written plan of action to follow to make your dream a reality and achieve Your Destiny in life. When your plan is written, there are no doubts about what you are doing. You know what you are doing it and how you are doing it.
My wife and I are sharing M5M with everyone we know. We know that there are certain people with whom this mission will resonate. Those are the people we want to work with us.
What is your plan?
4. You must take action.
No plan will work unless you take action. The best-laid plan is worthless unless action is taken to carry it out. You must take one step, and then another step. No steps, equals no desired results, equals no achieved dreams.
My wife and I are sharing our dream with everyone. What are you doing to take action on your dream?

Humanizing Your Work Place
The statistics speak. Most people spend more time at work than in any other activity; more than hours with their family, eating, sleeping, or interacting with friends. That said, wouldn’t it seem logical that we would spend an hour and some effort making our workspace as conducive to the job at hand and our temperament and personality? But no, we have the biggest and the best TVs, golf clubs, cars, whatever, while our office furniture, cubicle, office vehicle is less than pristine, barely functional, and probably downright ugly.
