Acne can be caused by just about anything you can imagine. Many people believe that people with an acne problem are prone to it, and they do not wash their face correctly. It is true that some food can cause acne attacks, but there is no solid evidence that one particular type of food will cause acne outbreaks for everyone. Acne problem does not involve with bad hygiene, but you should keep yourself clean with mild washing at least twice a day. Do not wash your skin too much and don't wash your skin vigorously, which can irritate your skin and make it worse.
