Delaware, and the rest of the unique English Cities, has some area that is leased rather than held by the people of that area. Much of it is not obvious to the informal viewer.
The area on Lewes Seaside is leased, not held by the property entrepreneurs. The area of Lewes Seaside is held by the City of Lewes. The areas of Rehoboth by the Sea and Dewey Seaside include leased area too. Most of the renting on that area will NOT be repaired but will return to the entrepreneurs and the homes on top of that area will be eliminated by the property entrepreneurs at their expenditure. Much of the area in Riverdale, on Native indian Stream Bay, close to Oak Orchard is leased as well. In Riverdale the leased area is held by Primary Clark of the Nanticoke Indians.
We have about half the population of Sussex Nation living on leased land; most of that leased area is discovered in what people call rv recreational areas or areas. However, in those areas there are hardly ever any homes that are truly cellular and there are even two tale stick built homes on some of the leased areas in those areas. Condo properties and town homes are sometimes discovered on leased area as well. Some folks find all this rather obscure.
