Possession is the last action in the process of buying real estate, where the client gets control of the property that has been purchased. At ending, the important factors are given to the client and the supplier will no more have a lawful right to be in the property. This is an important event and its importance and significances are often neglected.
In some cases a supplier will ask for authorization to maintain the property for a while frame after the ending.
