When our body contains large amount of cholesterol, it becomes risky and there is chances of rising heart diseases. High cholesterol can influence any body. According to U.S Center for Disease Control, the lowest level of cholesterol in body should be 240 mg/dL. They also said that elevated level of cholesterol dual the risk of developing heart disease. The highest rate of death in U.S.A according to national Institutes of Health is due to cholesterol produced in the body that may be genetic or depends upon standard of living. Consumption of the cholesterol in the body differs from individual to individual according to their diet. Chiefly cholesterol in body come mainly from animal products taken in diet and the rest is rationally created in the body. Eating of high saturated fat foods, fast foods and oily foods raises the cholesterol level in blood. Doctors always recommend patients with high- cholesterol to adjust their lifestyle primary. People with this problem should eat accordingly and should do exercise and further limit the cholesterol consuming food items. Doctors also suggest patients of cholesterol to do cardiovascular exercise that is very effective and has a good impact on limiting cholesterol level. How you can reduce Cholesterol? There are many ways to reduce cholesterol level in your body. Firstly, Avoid high- cholesterol foods items and ingredients like hydrogenated oils used in all baked foods such as cookies, crackers and pastries .Hydrogenated oils are also used in many soups and salad dressing so, before having it just read and ask about the ingredients. Secondly, to keep your cholesterol level down avoids saturated animal fat which is largely found in beef, red meat and other animal products. To decrease your bad cholesterol level restricts unhealthy or cheap oil food stuffs. Also avoid processed food because it is unhealthy and it is not fresh and organic thus there are probability of LDL [Low -Density Lipoprotein] cholesterol. Make small changes to your diet that will help you to lower your cholesterol and the risk of heart disease. Here are the easy ways to reduce cholesterol quickly in a natural way: • Select low-fat diary products that have small amount of fat, avoid cream and rich- creamy food items. In snacks, you can have home made popcorns, carrots, dried fruits instead of potato chips and candy and chocolates. Don’t take more than four eggs in a week. You can add fish to your diet as an alternative for red-meat. • In cooking food use vegetable oils such as canola, sunflower, corn, soya bean, olive and peanut oils. Limit deep fry, roast and bake food stuffs. • Eat fresh fruits and vegetables that are best for heart problems. Nuts are good source of proteins you can also include this in your diet. If you willing do or include these healthy diets in your daily eating habit there is no need to visit a doctor as your foremost responsibility is to take care of your health. Live a lifestyle that includes healthy foods, great nutritious foods and normal physical exercise. If you do this, the doctor would also simply say ‘your cholesterol level absolutely average good, Keep it up’
