E-business has emerged since internet changed our lives. All the people have experience of shopping online.
E-business has several advantages compared with traditional shopping mode.
First advantage is all the packages are more beautiful, online shop spent less cost on shop rents and the manpower cost, additionally; the supply chain has been improved. For goods sold online, when the buyer found out the packages are more beautiful than that shows online, then the buyer may visit more and buy more consequently.
Second advantage is more efficient delivery. Online shop has delivery cost which does not exist in traditional shopping mode. So e-commerce enterprises would improve delivery through cooperating with famous logistic companies.
Third advantage is fast reaction to the customer. According to operation experience, customers could get response within 30 seconds after they submit the inquiry. If the response is sent within 1 minute, the service is rated as bad service, if the response is sent within 5 minutes, the customer will leave. Fast response service does not improve the relevant cost and it is easy to fulfill fast response service, which is very competitive.
Fourth advantage is new marketing strategy. E-business participant may think search engine may generate high cost for high ranking. New marketing strategy is emerging now, such as marketing through blog, or twitter, or article marketing, new marketing strategy helps you to position well in the general market and find target consumer group clearly with low cost, and it can bring larger profit.
