Many people; and that includes a group of experts as well that have a major misconception about use of native writers in brochure writing. Logic behind it is that they are more conversant with the language and would be grammatically and otherwise more correct, precise, and qualitative.

Unfortunately; there can be nothing more fallacious than this.

It is Not Formal Grammar that Viewers Look For But Interesting and Informative Contents

No reader is going to look into a couple of grammatical mistakes or lack of punctuation in a highly interesting brochure. Instead they will look forward to information contained in such brochure and the way they are presented. Both content and presentation constitute the core of writing brochure that would be accepted by the readers.

Giving Too Much Importance to Grammar and Syntax Would be Suicidal

Just giving too much importance to grammar and syntax in the process of writing brochure could be suicidal.

Grammar and syntax are more part of academic or literary creations;
In brochure writing they are not as important and instead dissemination of information is vital that will go to the ultimate buyers; andr
Cumbersome academic styles of writing taught in the high schools and colleges will not be helpful in any content writing for business promotion.

Why Native Writers May Not Be Much Better tha
Overseas Writers

Academic training taken by the native writers can become one of the stumbling blocks in their presenting the contents or writing brochure in an attractive, concise, and lucid manner. Directly or indirectly they will often become subservient to their training of grammar and syntax in the academies and that is one problem the non-native writers will not have.

It Is Not Required Getting First Class Marks from the Professor of Language

Some of the points that need to be taken into consideration in writing brochure such as –

Writing ads, contents , articles, brochures, and blogs are not academic works to impress the professor or examiner and securing first class marks;
On the other hand all these contents that are hoisted on the website or otherwise are meant to promote sales and academic pattern of writing will not work for it; andr
They cannot be non-formal like the academic writings and require being informal and even personal for sales promotion.

Complete Overlooking of Grammar and Syntax is not Warranted

Of course it does not mean that in brochure writing the writers should forget everything about grammar, syntax, and punctuation because at the end of it too much errors will divert away the readers and buyers from reading the brochure contents ending the sales promotion prospects.

Once again, the services of native writers may not be the best solution for the entrepreneur or webmaster.
