When we do business, we have to invest a lot in advertising. We may post product information or company logo in public places. Then many people will see the advertisement and then they may visit the shop or mall or buy products.
However, we can see some advertisement is overstated or is not really completely.
We can see Da vinci furniture launched advertisement claiming all the furniture materials are imported from Italy, Spain or other European countries or USA. All the furniture is manufactured in foreign countries.
However, recent cases revealed that the furniture is made in a Guangguan factory in Guangdong province in China. Some products have serious quality problems.
Customers have taken photos to claim refund from Da Vinci headquarters. But the request is rejected.
Ajisen Ramen also posted exaggerated advertisement, saying the soup is nutritious containing large amount of calcium, which is equal to four times of milk and 10 times that of meat.
Many customers are influenced by the advertisement and go to the restaurant to eat noodles.
Recently the company as accused of making soup from base concentrate and other ingredients, the company also said no powder had been used.
It was proved that the nutrition content is 30 times less than claimed in an earlier advertisement.
Customers are worrying about whether the company has added additives in the soup.
For online B2C or B2B business, we can see overstated advertisement as well, presented by better pictures or exaggerated description.
IBUonline suggest all the online buyers need to do more to check out if the advertisement is true or false or overstated.
IBUonline also welcomes good laws or regulations to control advertisement.
IBUonline is an innovative B2B portal, which welcomes your visit anytime.
