Sure, there are less-traditional Asian women who go for "bad boys." But most well-raised Asian girls would rather die than bring any shame on their families, so they would never be seen in public with a guy who wears unkempt clothes and has a lot of tattoos (no matter how "cool" other women might think he is). This also means that you can't approach her like a "pickup artist" would, using lines and routines on her and trying to quickly escalate to a physical level. With American women, I don't advise you to do this. (They take this as a sign that you're just another desperate guy trying to hook up with them.)
