The real estate market in Mumbai looks calm these days after an upheaval in the past 2-3 years. An economic blow suffered by America, imprints bruises on the Indian market, the tricks of the trade are bewildering and befuddling many times. Keeping the hardcore economic lecture aside, let’s talk about the real estate scenario in Mumbai. With skyrocketing prices and ripping skyscrapers designing an impassioned scintillating skyline, does Mumbai have space or a margin for the common man? Well, a suburb called Dahisar surely is accommodating the needs and requirements of the Mumbaikar.
Upswing in Dahisar:
Dahisar has emerged as one of the most preferable residential destinations. Properties in Dahisar are not relatively cheap, but yes you can use the word ‘inexpensive’ as compared to buying a corner in the western suburb of Mumbai. The decline in prices has instigated an intense demand for residential flats in Dahisar. Mumbai is the city of dreams and everybody wants a piece of this dream. Well, the modern age and the inflation have made this dream very expensive for many. Even renting a house in not-so-uber locality in Mumbai, costs a bomb, so buying is a long way ahead. There has always been an imbalance between the economic aspect of every country and the fiscal provisions. Economy elevates to a new altitude with every statistic report but the purchasing power does not.
A haven beyond the bustling suburbs:
Dahisar witnesses thousands of working class individuals flocking to its door and broadening their prospects. There has been a sharp rise in residential complexes and buildings in the vicinity. Dahisar is a suburb thus the investment is inevitably profitable and valuable. The prominent factors that influence the buyers decision consists of close proximity to Borivali, another uber suburb in Mumbai, economical rates, modern infrastructure and easy access to the railway station. Other basic amenities like hospitals, schools, playgrounds, malls, theatres and landscaped gardens are also close by. Dahisar has two parts, the East and the West. Both the divisions are equally improved and progressive residential locations.
The honking problem:
Traffic is a nuisance all over Mumbai, especially during the peak hours. However, with the new Sudhir Phadke fly-over built across Kashmira Naka, which connects Dahisar East and West, the traffic problems have been solved and done away with. Roads are wide and you will find on encroachments eating up the footpath in Dahisar. The roads do not entertain a lot of traffic, so reaching the western highway is not time consuming. Purchasing properties in Dahisar do not have downside but offers only leverages.
Buying properties in Dahisar is a wise decision. If you are saddened by the fact that you will miss the bustle of the western suburbs, then you need not worry, Dahisar has plenty recreation activities established in the vicinity. Being away from the cramped streets is a good thing. If you desperately need to go to Andheri, Dahisar is only 5 stations away from Andheri, so you are located in a convenient place. There are big and luxurious housing projects coming up in Dahisar, so hop on the train and take your pick.
