rnThe real estate story of the city of Bangalore has been a successful one thus far. The realty business here is doing rather well currently. It remains one among the handful of realty destinations in the country that is posting good numbers. Mega cities such as Delhi National Capital Region and Mumbai Metropolitan Region are lagging behind this southern city on this front. Let’s have a look at some of the reasons that have propelled the Silicon Valley of the country into becoming a real estate power house. This city is not called the Silicon Valley of India without reason. It is one of the biggest hubs for Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS) sectors if not the biggest in the world. Any possible company you can think about from these industries finds a presence here. It also possesses the right environment for the start up culture to thrive. Many Indian start ups call this city their home. These three industries combined are giving Bangalore the real estate push that it requires. When there is an increase in employment opportunities there is always more demand for housing. Bangalore has benefited immensely from this phenomenon. It has attracted a huge talent pool and these folks need a home. So the housing sector here is seeing constant growth. One of the regions that offers a lot of properties for a wide spectrum of budget ranges is the northern part of Bangalore. This area was once known only for its industries. It was not an area which was known for its housing options. All this changed in 2008 which the Kempe Gowda International Airport became operational. It is located in Devanahalli, a locality in northern Bangalore. The resultant infrastructural boost ensured that north Bangalore got the real estate facelift it deserved.rnThis region remains one of the more affordable real estate markets in all of Bangalore. It is one of the reason why buyers flock to the micro markets located here. There are large chunks of land available here at reasonable prices. The region’s infrastructure is improving constantly. It is already well connected to the rest of the city. This factor is also propelling realty demand in this region. Thanisandra is a locality which is showing great potential in the northern part of Bangalore. This upcoming locality has all the potential to become a real estate star soon. Builders have realised this potential and hence there are plenty of projects coming up there. Unishire Esplanade by Unishire Group is one such project. Unishire Esplanade is an under construction project which is expected to be completed by March 2017. Unishire Esplanade by Unishire Group is a luxury project. North Bangalore has plenty of such type of projects. The concept of affordable luxury has taken this region by storm. Unishire Esplanade is a fine example of this concept taking root here. Many luxury projects dot the skyline of micro markets in this part of the town as there is demand for them.
