I want to give you a few ideas on how to eliminate signs of early aging. We will start with stress. Stress can breakdown the body and make you look and feel old. Therefore, you must de-stress your body and feel good about yourself. Our emotions are linked to the increase in our skin problems. Get rid of the stress and watch your skin glow.
Our eating habits can cause bad conditions to our skin. There are so many anti aging foods out there that can keep our skin young. Examples of such foods are almonds, beef, mango, carrot, spinach, brown rice. These foods can provide blemish free skin, clear up spots on the skins, and are foods that act as vitamins.
Next, let's talk about smoking. The smoke from a cigarette can have a detrimental effect on the skin. Smoking is harmful to our bodies as well as our skin. Get rid of the cigarette. The nicotine in a cigarette lead to the blood flow to your skin. It narrows the blood vessels in the outermost layer of the skin. Our skin needs nutrient and vitamins in order to maintain its radiants and glow. Cigarette smoke causes wrinkles and sagging of the skin. Therefore, we must be careful when consuming cigarettes.
There are many others things that causes early aging such as too much sun exposure, heavy drinking, and lost of collagen.
Your Health and wellness is very important to your skin. Wellness should include exercise. Exercise keeps the skin firm and tight. It also helps to prevent cellulite.
