This helps to open your root chakra. • Focus only on positive thoughts and emotions. Negative thoughts may close your chakra flower. • Once you open your root chakra, move on to the next chakra. All the techniques start from the root, moves through the navel to the chest, throat, forehead and reaches the crown- the top of the head.
