As an owner of the cleaning business you only have to worry about two things; that include getting new cleaning accounts and ways to improve the quality of cleaning services. He has to keep proper check and balance on the work of his specialist, he has to train the workers so that it could improve its efficiency. For this owner can arrange several workshops, and training programs so that its specialist keep on learning new and advance cleaning methods, and also about accurate products that they have to use for cleaning. Here in this article we are discussing ways to improve your cleaning business.

1. Unclear Expectations:

Firstly, commercial cleaning company have to tell the cleaner clearly what you are expecting from him, as misunderstandings occur when cleaner didn’t understand what actually your expectations are. You can train your cleaners in just 3 steps:

  • Step One: Give a verbal lectures about how they can improve their performance level and perform the task accurately. Point out things that should do for achieving best results and things they should avoid.

  • Step Two: Secondly you have to supervise them while they are doing demonstrations. You can do it yourself so that they could accurately see how they have to perform the task.

  • Step Three: after that you should ask the cleaner to show you how they have to do it, and then ask then to repeat the task again until they do it accurately. And while they are doing it just tell them where they are wrong and make corrections, while giving them extra instructions.

2. Not Enough Time:

Another common reason of not getting the expected results is that cleaners use to do everything quickly that results in poor quality. You should teach the cleaners that they have to give proper time to each and every thing, obviously if they use a spray or acid even that also need a time to react. That’s why if you want to improve the quality of services than try to give proper time to everything. Tell the cleaner clearly what you are expecting from him, as misunderstandings occur when cleaner didn’t understand what actually your expectations are. Supervise them while they are doing demonstrations. You can do it yourself so that they could accurately see how they have to perform the task.

3. An Attitude Problem:

The third reason for poor quality services would be attitude of the cleaner, its possible that cleaner is upset about something that’s why he is not doing the work properly. For resolving these issues commercial cleaning company have to maintain good communication lines with your workers so that he could share his problem with you. And after that you could help him by doing whatever you can. Because good will and reputation of your company completely depend on the quality of services that your worker is providing. So its very important that you talk to him and resolve his issues so that he could do his work with complete concentration and work to improve his quality.
