For centuries aloe vera juice has been used for hair care. It is a native plant of the Arabian Peninsula, Northern Africa, and Madagascar and is now also found in many other arid areas like India. The juice has many nutrients such as amino acids, vitamins like A, E, and C, minerals, and proteins. The combination of these nutrients makes great treatment for hair that is damaged along with getting rid of different problems that are associated with your scalp and hair. Two hair problems that are quite commonly found today are dry damaged hair and having an excessive amount of hair falling out which both can be contributed to poor nutrition and increased levels of pollution in the air. These problems can also be caused by using a lot of products for styling your hair like hairspray, gel, etc. Excellent moisturizing properties can be found in the juice so it can be considered a natural condition that will help to moisturize deeply your hair strands. Use it in place of other conditioners to give your hair that smooth, soft, and silky touch. Using the juice can also help to prevent the loss of hair which is one of the great benefits of using aloe vera juice for your hair. It can help to stimulate hair growth and helps to prevent you from losing your hair. There are enzymes in the juice that play the part of hair growth stimulators. Using such a juice can help take care of dandruff. In order to keep your hair dandruff free apply aloe vera juice on your hair before you shower or bath and make sure that you wait at least thirty minutes before you rinse it out. Aloe vera does not just help dry damaged hair but can also help people who have oily hair. Aloe vera juice is a natural astringent and can help you get rid of the excess oil in your hair without resorting to products containing harsh chemicals. To help make it more effective you should combine the aloe vera juice and lemon juice and apply it to your hair. Leave it on while showering and then wash your hair with your regular shampoo and rinse it out to see clean shiny hair that is not oily. You can also mix your shampoo with a small amount of plain aloe Vera juice. These are just some of the many benefits of aloe Vera juice for your hair. You can find many hair care products that contain aloe vera juice in health food stores. At the same time these juices are available online in different natural flavors and also sugar free for diabetes patients. The juice can also help in weight loss and this I shall discuss in a future article.
