Imagine I told you that I knew something that you did not? Imagine if I told you that I knew of 3 exercises that you most likely haven't tried.

Once you start including these exercises as part of your exercise you're sure to get some really great results. Nothing shocks your body to new levels like brand new exercises!

Let us start talking about them, ok?

Front Squat - Now there is certainly a workout that nobody ever does! As you might have guessed, this exercise is done like a squat, with the exception of the bar is in front of you. Due to this fact they're much more difficult, but additionally burn off much more fat. If you want to spur some leg development and body fat burn then start doing these a few times a week. Caution - You must do this exercise using the full range of motion (go over parallel) if you'd like all the benefits!

Our next activity for you to try is the reverse hyper extension (or reverse hypers). 1st, you'll need to get on a reverse hyper extension machine. You are going to pick yourself up onto a bench, or a stand, and you'll keep your legs off so they're off of the edge. Your legs are connected to a pendulum that has free weight attach to it. You simply try and swing the load back and forth, and the outcome is a great workout for your butt and back.

The over head press...The final workout that nobody ever does, yet I'm ready to bet you've heard of this one. Just as the title sounds, this exercise is just pushing weight above your head (usually as a barbell). You will be blasting away your shoulders, upper back and biceps and triceps using this exercise. Needless to say, because of the steadiness necessary for this exercise, you'll be working your core as well.

Really, I'm not kidding about these exercises. They help, and they help a lot. Start including them in your workouts and you'll start to see some considerable results.

Trust me, I have been there. All of these exercises used to be a rarity in my training, now I do them on a regular basis.

Hope you enjoyed this!
