It is often the case that service providers lose that personal touch with their clients. The increased workloads often result in larger teams and less day to day contact with the people they are actually working for. From my vantage point within these large international entities, I could see a real gap in the industry and a true need for a more hands-on approach. This is where the concept for my boutique company was born – offering high level services with a commitment to building long lasting and truthful relationships with all our clients. Clients want to feel that their service providers are a part of their ‘internal’ teams and this is what we strive for. Could you throw some light on your mission and vision statement? Our mission is to become our client’s one and only port of call for all their corporate, tax, legal and administrative needs. What are your company’s future aspirations? What strategies are you undertaking to achieve those goals? Fiduciana has grown rapidly during its first 10 years of operations.
