There has been a lot of recent talk in internet marketing circles about the pros and cons of article marketing robot technology. As ever, the industry is split into polarized opinions about the topic. There are marketing purists who insist that bots can never generate the quality articles that human writers do. These people maintain that the only way to get the quality and integrity necessary for a good marketing campaign is to hire a human writer to do the job right.

On the other side of the argument, the consensus is that robot technology is extremely helpful for article writing. The use of bots is cost-effective, labor-saving, and ultimately of the same quality as a human team of writers. Where do you fall on the article marketing robot debate? It’s a nuanced conversation that, as with most arguments, has more to do with what’s under the surface than what’s immediately apparent.

The key to maintaining a successful website is generating traffic, or getting people who are surfing the web to stop and linger on your site for more than a few seconds. This takes a lot of time and effort, and require high quality content as well as marketing savvy. Some companies have found it useful to bring bots into the equation to cut out the middle men, while others are staunchly against is. There are points to be made for either side.

1. When it comes to managing backlinks, bots can be essential. SEO, or search engine optimization, is pretty much the deciding factor when it comes to your company’s internet presence. You can generate massive amounts of traffic and revenue to your site if you utilize SEO properly. Article marketing is a big part of SEO, and can be tedious work. This phase involves generating a massive amount of content that is littered with keywords leading back to your site. Bots can generate this material quickly, setting up backlinks that get traffic to your site from other parties.

2. Though bots can produce a lot of quantity in just a small amount of time, is it obvious to the observer? Though it’s true that there is a lot of material online that sounds dry and chu
ed out with no effort, most people would like to believe that there is some fundamental difference in the abilities of a robot versus a human. The fact of the matter is that, in this instance, there is not a huge gap.

Looking at both sides of the debate like this, the truth is that article marketing robots are more of a good strategy than an insult to human labor. Writing SEO articles, while important, is essentially a skill that works from an algorithm based on selected keywords. Robots and software can be programmed to complete article writing tasks in much the same way that humans can learn it. At the end of the day, using article marketing robot software is an excellent time and money saver, but at the same time no computer can replace the creativity of a human writer, and that’s all there is to it.
