Recently I've been thinking about my own mortality. I've wondered, if I had to review my life right now, would I be proud of the choices I made? The one thing I know for sure, is that you can start new this moment. It's never too late. Instead of waiting for that final life review, take the time to go over your life's choices. What are you proud of? What are you not proud of? What would you change, if you could?

Can you be a better person? Can you make up for any harm you created in the past? The answer is YES. We've all made mistakes. Especially if we were unaware souls or lost touch with our spiritual side. It is easy to get lost in this materialistic world. But deep down, we know between right and wrong. We know that it isn't always easy to do the right thing.

Take a moment to analyze your life. It may be very emotional to do so, but feel any pain you may have caused someone else. Put yourself in their shoes. Simple wrong decisions can even affect people you are unaware of. For example, say you decided to sell drugs when you were going through a rough streak as a teenager. Think about how you changed others lives by that choice. How it affected your parents, siblings who looked up to you, and mostly the people you sold to. Feeding their addiction, helping them poison their bodies. Now this may seem harsh, but it is reality. We have all made bad decisions, some worse than others. But someone has always been affected by those decisions.

By living those feelings and emotions, you will gain an understanding you may have blocked before when you chose that path. Understanding is the key to forgiveness, the key to change. Make a conscious decision to help from now on and not hurt. It could be as simple as letting someone into your lane when driving, or holding the elevator for someone running late. All the little things add up.

And eventually, you will want to give back in a big way. Help those suffering around you. It's never too late to change your life. The make life better for others and yourself. Sometimes we all need a reality check. Don't let it pass you by.

We live in a world filled with noise. Sometimes it can be hard to focus, to truly focus on everything around us. We find ourselves tuning things out. Tuning out our spouses, tuning out the children, tuning out the construction across the street, tuning out the planes landing at a near by airport, tuning out our bosses and co-workers. We tune out much of what is around us and live in our minds. But our minds are not much better. Soo many thoughts, past, present and future. What it comes down to, is we are really not LIVING in the moment.r

It seems everywhere you look there’s articles, documentaries, and books on manifesting. They offer a plethora of avenues to seemingly achieve your heart’s desires with nothing more than 10 minutes a day of either positive thinking, creating boards, or meditating. While all of these things are good and useful they don’t work for everyone. Why, why do they work for some and not for others?

It never ceases to amaze me how many people hold wildly inaccurate ideas and beliefs about spiritual gifts and the people who openly use them. Let’s start by having a basic understanding of the most common ones in order to release unnecessary fears of the unknown: • Automatic Writing – To have the ability to write without conscious thought.r • Bilocation – The ability to be in two places at the same time.r • Clairvoyance – The ability to perceive information outside the normal human senses.r

There comes a time in everyone’s life when you start to feel a little nudge in your soul that questions your set of reality. We either entertain it, and start questioning and looking for answers beyond the physical, or we ignore it until we become adept at silencing it. There are naturally several opportunities for spiritual awakening that everyone experiences in their lives. At the very least there seems to be 2 for the majority of people, the first around the ages of 18-23 and the second around 38-50.
