And even more. Any way you can think of getting in front of prospects works. And they all work.
Every company and every team has a culture or system of doing the business. Most of the time a leader is using what worked for him or her. They have worked, most of the time for many years, to perfect their system. And that is why it works for them.

But do you work? Many people are recruited into MLM by idea that success quick and easy with no work required. The upline and system do all the work. That is a good promise, but then so is the promise of a chain letter and the pyramid scheme. They are attractive, but they don’t work and they are illegal.

3. Who are you going to follow?

You get to decide what is right for you. The hard question is how do you decide. There are so many choices.

Look at yourself. What are your talents? What do you like? What are you willing to do? Who do you have to mentor you?

Be willing start as if you know nothing, so that you are a good student. Just don’t be a blind one. Just like everything else, there are good MLM leaders and there are bad ones. Keep looking until you find someone that is willing to work with you.

Don’t only rely on your upline for guidance. They are doing, hopefully what works for them. You need to do what works for you. There are trainers and coaches available to teach you anything you want to learn.

The bottom line is that Network Marketing works. It is up to you to find out how to best make it for you.

A few people, fast starters, know what works for them and they already have people to plug into what they are doing.

Don’t be discouraged if you don’t get started like a hundred meter dash. MLM is a different business and it takes time figure out your place in it. Try different approaches. If they don’t work, do something else.

But keep trying.

But trying is not enough. You need to continually get better at what you are trying to do. This gets back to you.
