Article marketing is a lot of work. You spend hours writing your articles and distributing them to directories. For some, they also need to invest time and energy on seminars so they’ll be able to produce high quality articles needed for their campaign. But do you ever wonder why internet marketers are still using this tool? Well, it’s because it’s the most effective one in attracting online users and in converting people to potential buyers.

Here’s how you can improve your conversion rate through article marketing:

1. Write more articles. You need to drive as much traffic as possible to your website. As an internet marketer, I am pretty sure you’re aware that more page views will mean better chances of making a sale. You can attract more people by writing more articles. Each article that you publish will help you earn additional inbound links for your website. These links are being seriously considered by Google and other giant search engines when they’re assigning page rank. More links pointing to your site, the better your ranking will get. More articles will also help you strengthen your expert status as you’ll be offering more information to your readers. In addition, more articles will also mean more exposure for your website and stronger online presence.

2. Ensure the quality of your articles. Even if you distribute hundreds of articles every week, you will still not get the kind of response you’re looking for if you’re articles are of low quality. There’s no way that online users will click through your resource box if they don’t find your articles valuable or useful. So, make sure that you do your best and go out of your way if you must to produce top quality articles. Always remind yourself that you’ll be judged based on the content of your copies. Ensure that they will speak volumes about your expertise and your commitment in giving your audience nothing but the best. They must all be very informative, well written, well researched, useful, unique, and extremely impressive.

3. Get your readers to like you. Contrary to popular beliefs, getting people to like you through your articles is relatively easy. Start by putting yourself in their shoes and giving them an assurance that you do understand where they are coming from. Then, help them the best way you can. Tell them what they can do to reach their goals and help them figure out the best solutions to their problems. It will also help if you make your articles sound more personal.

4. Offer freebies. Get more people to click through your resource box by offering them valuable freebies. I suggest that you give them free ebooks or exclusive access to your member only site for a limited period of time. These people will give you the response you need if you give them something that they don’t have to pay for.
