Fourth: Perform magic in the right situation. Ideally, you should only perform when ask, but if they have never seen any magic before, try the audience with one trick. Don't ever assault audience by showing them trick after trick. Fifth: Practice to absolute perfection. Don't ever perform a trick that you don't know perfectly in front of the audience.
