I'm going to share with you the method that enabled me to have a lot of astral travels. What I'm about to share with you can have approximately eighty percent of success rate.

Usually people who are only starting have problems with having their 1st Astral experience because they fail to realize what is the necessary condition that has to be fulfilled no matter what technique is being used. Of course, I mean sleep paralysis; it's not emphasized enough that this is the OOBE's "must have." The methodes you've heard of can be effective only once you have achieved a conscious sleep paralysis. Let me make it clear: being simply relaxed is not enough! Sleep paralysis is when you are unable to make any movement, even though you try. If you achieve sleep paralysis, you have some good chances of turning it into an out of the body experience. If you don't, you shouldn't bother trying any methods, since they won't work. OOBE is a phenomenon that implies separating your consciousness from your body, and it can only be accomplished when your physical body is asleep. I know of a variety of point of views on this. Some Astral Projection "gurus" claim that sleep paralysis plays no role in astral projection. I once read that one is able to achieve an OOBE when driving a car. However, there's a significant difference between actual experience and information that cannot be verified. It is my choice to be sceptical about something that cannot be replicated by my own efforts. Hence, I believe that it's really necessary to achieve sleep paralysis in order to achieve an Astral Projection.
Before focusing on the "how-to" of OOBE, I'd like to talk about achieving sleep paralysis. This is way harder task than having an Astral Projection itself. First of all, it's very unlikely to end up having a conscious sleep paralysis at night, when you usually go to bed. Obviously, as we fall asleep, we do have sleep paralysis, but normally our mind falls asleep before it happens. The key to achieving sleep paralysis is get out of bed around 4am and stay awake for a while, and then return to bed. What I find to be the most effective is combining 4 hours of sleep and 1 hour of being awake. During this hour you should not stay in bed. The goal is to keep your mind active; it's good to read a book or watch tv. It's even better to review your OOBE journal (if you have one), or read something about Astral Projection (to communicate with your subconscious mind). When you return to bed, attempt to fall asleep as you would normally do. It will take some time before you feel sleepy. If you've done everything right, you shoud have about 90% chance of remaining conscious while you enter into a sleep paralysis. Normally, it takes from 15 min. to 1 hour; be patient and try not to move too much. When you notice some weird noises in your head and vibrations running through your body, it's a sign that you are likely to be in a sleep paralysis. That's when you should try one of OOBE techniques.

I suppose you have tried plenty of techniques so far. Many of them would work when used in sleep paralysis. The method that I believe is the most effective is to visualize any physical movement. Sometimes I visualize myself running as fast as I can. This makes me feel this strange pressure in my body, which increases the vibrations and leads to out of the body experience. You should try many different techniques yourself to discover what technique works better for you. In fact, any visualization of the physical movement will work. Just make sure youJust remember to remain relaxed and enjoy this wonderful experience.

I know you are going to succeed!
