We are all fully conscious to the truth that losing weight and keeping weight from returning takes constant effort. Being alert to the tactics that promote the pounds from pouncing back on your fabulous shrine entails diligence and requires you to be wide awake as you tackle each day upon its arrival. You are more than capable of making this happen. You are completely competent of seeing this task come to pass and executing exactly what needs to happen in your life to create this realization.

We were all brought into this world with a common thread as we were scurried off by the nurses to be poked and prodded and assigned an Apgar score. The common thread that we were blessed with is the capability to make our life exactly how we dream it to be. No one welcomes us into this world with the words “no you can’t, you’ll never do it, don’t even try.” We begin to understand at an early age, possibly by the words of others, that maybe just maybe all of our aspirations may not be within our reach. Bah humbug! We can do anything we set our mind to.

Setting your wits to a task like following certain guidelines and not allowing weight to return once it has been banished from your adoring shrine, is completely and utterly within your power of fulfillment. You hold the passion and authority to stay consistent and sway your ego. Here’s how:

~Always be open to the fact that no matter what happens at any given moment you are continually blessed with the opportunity to try again and again and again. ~Take care of yourself as you do unto others. You cannot be the best you can be when you overlook yourself on a regular basis. ~Never be a prisoner to what has happened in the past. The past is done and over with and today is a new day to reinvent your wheel of winning ways. ~Contemplate using the word “no” more often. ~Remember to praise yourself for your successful endeavors and reward your accomplishments. ~Continually strive to stock your home with healthy, ready-to-roll choices. ~Make exercise a necessity in your life on a regular basis.

Finding enjoyment in all areas of your life is an essential part of the balance puzzle as we continue to travel down our pathway together. You hold the authority to call the shots in your life and mold it into one that meets and exceeds all your expectations. Muster up your might, beckon your brawn and visit your inspirations with the vigor to conquer all.
