Want to know what it feels like to be the best version of you and finally come out of the closet?

What panties are you wearing? Yes, you heard me right. If you want to be the best version of yourself, and live like you mean it, you need to start with what’s underneath.

It’s time to graduate from the granny panties. That’s right ladies; … toss those boring, bland granny panties, and pull on a lacy thong or a boldly printed g-string. Toss them out because once you start living your new lives you’ll never want to look back.

Remember when you were on a date that may have gone a little further than expected? Would you ever be caught dead in a pair of granny panties? Never! You want to be seen in something that proudly proclaims, “This is the absolute best version of who I am!”
Just in case that doesn’t ring true, consider this:

You know that you are hiding from bigger and better possibilities – including a more confident and successful version of yourself. You know that it’s time to wake up from autopilot and start feeling more highly energized, emotionally connected, mentally focused and spiritually aligned!

Envision a highly developed tolerance for bigness –And Live Life Like You Mean It!

Granny PantiesHave you had a long history of veering off the path you set for yourself through life and in your small business? Perhaps, it has been since the day you started in your business and each day, week and month is the same old, same old. Are you sitting in your office and exchanging frustrating stories with your colleagues about how you thought your life and business would be very different by now? “My life is so boring and I am doing things I never thought I would,” you complain to each other. “This isn’t at all what we had in mind. I thought I would be living the lifestyle that I have always dreamed of and it seems to get farther and farther away.”

You tell yourself that you will really start living once things change in your small business. You spend each day catching yourself staring out the window as if in a daze or state of bewilderment. Another season has gone by and somehow you are still living and operating on autopilot, and wondering, “How did I get here?” The idea of staying on autopilot and staying where you are is as dismal as a dark, rainy, cold day.

I lovingly refer to it as ditching the granny panties and pulling on the fancy panties. Coming out of the closet can be one of the most empowering things a person does in her lifetime. Right now, you’re wearing granny panties (maybe not really, but I’m speaking metaphorically, here). Your underwear drawer is lined with neatly folded pairs of granny panties, which you automatically pull on every morning. Your panties are out of date, boring, and saggy in some spots. They may be comfortable, or they may ride up uncomfortably. Either way, they definitely leave unsightly lines on your behind under your clothes.

Part of you believes that there has got to be a better way, and if you knew what changes to make, things would change. Your life and business is beginning to feel stale. You have discussed this so many times with your colleagues, and in your master mind groups that you feel like it has gone around and around like being on a hamster wheel.

You know that you aren’t the kind of person who whines and complains when the going gets tough, you are just feeling dissatisfied enough to feel overwhelmed with staying where you are, and it is riskier to stay there than make some changes.

You want to build the courage, confidence and cahoonas to take a new bigger and better path. You want to feel more excited, and exhilarated about your life and direction that you are going in. There is a feeling of being scared, and you wonder where all the ideas and options will come from, and how things will fall into place?

This is the beginning of opening a door and going from being an “ Autopilot Mannequin” to a “Mindful Mogul”, of stepping off the usual path—and never looking back. To embrace the possibility of change and then look at all of your options available and to finally come out of the closet!

If past history is any guide, there will be some people who officially stay in the closet while watching others come out.

This is not surprising. Some people will sit back and watch how various friends, family and colleagues react to your disclosure.

Let me be clear about something. I don’t think that a person’s sexuality is relevant to “coming out” here. I don’t think that anyone has an obligation to talk about their personal life.

The problem is that it is clear that some people feel they have to stay in the closet to succeed in life and business. All of you may be living openly successful lives before and during your time of this challenge. Yet, for whatever reason, this aspect of coming out of the closet in your lives is not part of your personas.

Here is what I know for sure. I am not implying that it’s easy to change from autopilot mannequin to mindful mogul, or even that it’s always the best thing for you. I am simply saying that it’s worth giving this truth or dare challenge some serious thought. My desire is to inspire you to consider where you are in your life and business right now, and then help you change your path as much or as little as dare in order to play bigger and better in the world.

You can take steps or leaps—it doesn’t really matter, as long as you are moving in the right direction for you, not somebody that is like you.

But if, on the contrary, you find you are living someone else’s life via trending, or depressed and distressed by

I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
