Kundalini energy is described as a flame that starts at the base of the spine and works it’s way up the chakras to bring enlightenment to all areas of life. This power has also been called an entity, a life form that has it’s own personality. And some even go as far as to call kundalini energy a living being. A power greater than we have ever encounter before in our mind/body that must be appeased.

Kundalini energy is powerful, it awakens a person to their own power, and when we become of one minded it gives us great incite into every area of life. Yet if a person is not ready for this energy, and most of the time most people are not ready to awaken it can cause physical challenges. Many people who end up having a premature kundalini awakening come down with migraines, IBS, colitis, kidney problems, mental disruptions of different types, and other physical and mental challenges.

It’s only when they start to take hold of their great power that these side effects or symptoms start to subside. Once a person starts to delve into their Great Spiritual Nature all of a sudden some of their bodily symptoms disappear, but they may reappear later. This process may take years and for most people it takes a lifetime for their symptoms to subside. And whenever a person forgets how “prefect” they are, their symptoms come back to haunt them and thus they have to walk a straight an narrow path. For that’s exactly why they came to this plane in the first place.

Those who have awakened have come to enlighten the rest of us and to be a guiding light in a sea of darkness. Many people resist being a guiding light and even close their eyes and say it’s not happening. And that only leads to more bodily symptoms. But if they awaken to their true calling, awaken to their true nature of being perfection, then and only then will their life long path be reveal to them.

Meditation is important during this time of bringing the ete
al flame into their mind/body. To meditate on each chakra and see one part of each chakra moving clockwise and the other part moving counter clockwise. Moving from the base chakra or base of the spine, to the creativity chakra or sexual chakra, to the energy chakra just below the naval, to the heart chakra, and up to the throat chakra. And there are more chakras that I will talk about later. What these chakras look like in their minds eye and their color will vary depending upon the person and their beliefs.

At first it’s important for a person to work with these lower chakras and burn away all the negativity that’s been created by negative thinking and from not working in accordance with their path. And every time they go back to negative thinking, or don’t walk their path, more junk energy builds up around their chakras that needs to be burned away. Burning away all the negative energy takes time, in fact it can take a life time.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
