Are you one of many healthy eaters? If so, then you will be pleased to learn in a more healthy eating. How? It is through the consumption of Ayurveda. Before going into the details of this diet, the former is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda means "science of life", says the balance between the basic forces of energy of an individual life or doshas promote good health. A healthy diet is one of the many ways you could achieve this balance. Depending on which dosha is dominant, an Ayurvedic physician will prescribe a diet that would be more beneficial for you. However, unlike the Western diet plans often refer to a diet for many, Ayurveda prefer a personalized diet. Why? This is because the composition of an individual differs from another. However, here are the general principles of Ayurveda food for the balance of doshas different

* Kapha, which is composed of water and health elements, is the principle of stability and grounding. Kapha qualities include fatty, dense, slow, static, heavy and cold. People who are of the type Kapha are generally heavy and tend to retain fluid and become sluggish. Ayurveda recommends food for the people of this type are warm, light and dry. More fruits and vegetables should be included in your diet, while foods creamy, unctuous and heavy should be avoided. Eating spicy foods can also be beneficial, since digestion stimulated.

* Pitta, fire and water elements combined, is the principle of heat. Pitta qualities are light, mobile, oily liquid. People of this type are usually of average construction, muscular. Skin rashes, ulcers, fever, swelling, irritation, and heart disease are common problems Pitta-type individuals. Ayurveda foods that are suitable for these people are the cool, raw qualities, sweet, bitter and astringent. Food grains, fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy products, while also recommends muc hot, spicy, acidic foods, fat and salt should be avoided.

* Vata, which is the combination of air and ether, is responsible for the beginning of the movement. Qualities of this dosha are light, dry, rough, mobile and clear. Vata type people are generally lean and active. Diet for these people to be part of the foods that are warm, fat, boiled sweets, salty and sour. Examples of things to avoid are white sugar and yeasted products, cabbage and vegetables Solanaceae.

There you have it. The basic principles of Ayurveda dosha foods are given. You must remember, however, to determine the correct type so that you can begin to change your diet properly.
