Blood Purification is extremely important for the proper functioning of bodily systems. This is because a bloodstream filled with impurities and toxins is capable of causing a lot of health problems, some of which can be quite serious and difficult to deal with. Even though the body naturally has organs such as the liver, kidneys, and the lymphatic system to flush out all the toxins from the bloodstream, there are times when one needs to rely on other things as well to reduce the pressure on these organs. In such cases, two things work the best - change of diet to ensure that one is eating detoxifying foods, and additional consumption of blood purification herbs. Ayurveda recommends some herbs, which are quite effective when it comes to detoxification. Since all of these are natural, their consumption is completely safe and risk-free, and there is no danger of any side effects. Moreover, they have been used since ancient times, and are quite effective in nature. A perfect mix of all these herbs is available in the form of Glisten Plus capsules. Manjishtha, or Rubia Cordifolia, is one of the most preferred herbs for detoxification. It cleanses the blood, and improves blood circulation, along with giving an added glow to your skin. It also helps in dealing with Arthritis, and can cure blood disorders, as well as repair damaged skin tissues. Then there is Neem. It is one of the most powerful herbs for those who need an effective solution to their acne and pimple problems. Most herbal-based cosmetics, especially those meant to treat skin problems, consist of Neem as a vital ingredient. One can consume the leaves raw, or boil them in water and drink the mixture everyday. It cleanses the blood very well, and cures urinary problems, as well as skin problems of many kinds. Guduchi is another good herb. It helps in boosting the body's immunity levels to fight against diseases, and reduces stress and anxiety in general. Like other herbs, this one too cleanses the blood and helps to deal with urinary and skin problems. Apart from that, it also helps diabetes and leprosy, and can cure problems of intestinal worms, as well as loss of appetite. Then there is Triphala, which improves blood circulation, and also aids in proper digestion. It reduces the cholesterol levels, and helps to remove impurities and toxins from the body, aiding in reduction of obesity. All of these herbs work best, when they are supplemented with a good diet, rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. One must also drink a lot of water on a daily basis, to regularly keep flushing out all the toxins from the body. Also, it is important to avoid smoking, drinking of alcohol, and taking drugs, as that does have bad effects on one's bloodstream, and also hinders in the process of effective detoxification. Consumption of a lot of fresh fruit and vegetable juices is advised too, along with reduction in the consumption of tinned, canned and preserved foods of all kinds. Needless to say, junk food must be avoided too.

Abstract Gallbladder stones, or gallstones, are hardened deposits that form due to an imbalance in bile composition. In Ayurveda, this condition is linked to an aggravation of Pitta dosha, which governs digestion and bile secretion. When Pitta becomes excessive and mixes with Kapha, it leads to the formation of gallstones. Fortunately, Ayurveda offers effective preventive measures through dietary changes, herbal remedies, and lifestyle management. 1. Maintain Balanced Diges
